Only the first half of 2007 real estate construction in Guangdong is 143.622 million square meters, the newly started a total area of 143.622 million square meters, the commercial properties, residential and the industrial plant construction, particularly in 2010, the 16^th Asian Games will be held in Guangzhou, there are 11 stadiums was in building and in the later 3-5 years more than 30 high-star hotels will be completed, all of these will bring enormous business opportunities for the floor covering industry.

□ Strengths and Highlight of the Floor EXPO

1, The professionalism and the advantages of geographic location decided that the FLOOR EXPO will be an domestic and export exhibition.

 The exhibition will attract over 20,000 trade visitors to present, of which foreign audiences will reach to 3,000 passengers;

flooring industry will visit the exhibition, he will have a talk with the officials from the Ministry of Commerce, the State Commissioner of Inland Revenue, Customs and  Guangdong Provincial Department of Construction about the development of the Floor Industry.Also there is a keynote speech will be held, it is about how to control the market and steady development, to cope with the international market challenges and risks, to effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The event will be broadcasted throughout the network by SOHU.

4, Guangdong Provincial Association of Realtors will give a typical report at the scene it named:"Green Settlements, Habitat Harmony", the theme of the report will be issued green building materials relevant policies and regulations.

4. The plastic surface materials: plastic floor tile, PVC floor covering,

plastic ground flooring.
5.Ground material parts, supplies and blanket technology: liner, mold, installation tools, cleaning equipment, cleaning and maintenance, adhesives,decorative supplies.
6.The surface decoration materials and carpet manufacturing machinery and equipment
7.The graphic design and printing of the floor covering.
